Terms & Conditions CM2Bet — Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to CM2Bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CM2Bet ("Platform", "we", "us"). Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) cm2bet account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining funds.

Your Responsibilities as an Account Holder

Once your account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for the following:

CM2Bet offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements;
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure;
• CM2Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

VIP Program

Eligible members may join the CM2Bet VIP Programme, which offers six membership tiers — from Bronze to Elite Royal. Each tier provides distinct benefits including weekly cashback, higher withdrawal limits, and access to a dedicated personal account manager. VIP programme eligibility and benefits are subject to separate terms available at our VIP page.

All games available on the cm2bet platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and Fish Shooting Games — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has undergone independent auditing to ensure fairness and transparency in every round.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has been completed;
• In the event of a technical disruption or connection issue during gameplay, cm2bet will endeavor to resolve the matter based on valid server records;
• Bets placed using insufficient funds or as a result of a system error will be voided and a refund will be issued;
• Odds and payout ratios for sports betting may change before a bet is confirmed — you are responsible for checking the current odds before confirming your bet;
• CM2Bet reserves the right to void any bet or game round suspected of involving fraud, system abuse, or a breach of the rules.

To safeguard the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users, CM2Bet strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Fraud & manipulation: Any attempt to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit software vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering: Using the cm2bet platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities;
• Multiple accounts: Opening or using more than one account for any purpose;
• Bonus abuse: Using strategies specifically designed solely to exploit bonuses without genuine intent to play;
• Bot access: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place wagers;
• Technical disruptions: Using any method to disrupt or interfere with platform operations;
• Impersonation: Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or the KYC process.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of all unused bonuses, and possible legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

CM2Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe;
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies;
• Account closure requested by the user.

Account Closure by User Request

You may close your CM2Bet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account, subject to the withdrawal conditions outlined in Section 4.

CM2Bet provides its online entertainment platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of technical issues, service disruptions, or system errors.

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party failures;
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's failure to keep their password confidential;
• Loss of opportunity or anticipated profits resulting from temporary service disruptions.

Cm2bet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

CM2Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the cm2bet platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
